Fifteen years ago, at the age of 15, my friends and I began to immerse ourselves in the world of video games, both on consoles and computers. Among all the games we explored, three of them stood out and left an indelible mark on our childhood: the classic Dota, which we enjoyed through GARENA; Counter Strike 1.6; and the unforgettable World of Warcraft. We didn't take long to fully immerse ourselves in the world of Azeroth. Back then, PVP mode occupied most of our free time. In fact, we formed a guild composed of about 10 people. We were doing quite well, and it became our escape from the stress of studies and work. Over time, many of us became parents, engineers, lawyers, and doctors. The first to leave the game was Noveu, a feral druid who chose that name due to a spelling mistake of the word "nouveau," which means "new" in French. Gradually, the others also abandoned the virtual world, and even I did. When I was in the final years of medical school, I was going through a period of intense stress. That's when I remembered how much this community had helped me in the past, so I decided to dive back into it. The first guild I founded I named NOVEU, in honor of that feral druid who, by the way, was my brother Juan. For me, NOVEU represented a new opportunity, considering that it derives from the French word "nouveau." However, I soon realized that I didn't have the same time or reflexes as before, which led me to seek help services within the game to keep up with my new friends.
